Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soundlu iOS application and the website athttps://soundlu.com (together, the “Service”), operated by GrowMore Devs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Soundlu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Soundlu is an AI music generator for iPhone. You can create songs from text prompts, genres, languages, and other musical preferences; play and manage generations in a library; and, depending on your plan, access features such as longer or more frequent generations, HD music videos, vocal/instrumental stems, and commercial-use rights. The website markets the app and hosts support and legal information. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Soundlu. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using Soundlu you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
You can use core generation features without creating an account (device-linked access). Optional sign-in (Apple, Google, or email) may unlock publishing, cross-device sync, or a public profile. You are responsible for activity under your device or account credentials and for keeping linked credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at growmoredevs@gmail.com.
4. Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and free trials
Soundlu may offer a free tier and paid “Pro” (or similarly named) subscriptions and other in-app purchases through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Plans may include weekly, monthly, yearly, or other durations shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
- Manage / cancel. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions › Soundlu (or Apple ID › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Pricing. Prices and currency vary by App Store storefront and are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. We may change prices for future periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
- Free trial. Where offered (for example a short introductory trial such as a 3-day trial), unused time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as disclosed in the App Store / paywall. After a trial, the subscription converts to a paid auto-renewing plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Restore. Use Restore purchases in the app (Profile or paywall) if entitlements do not appear after reinstall or device change. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
We do not store your payment card details. Apple processes payment. Any subscription status sync (for example via RevenueCat / StoreKit) is used only to deliver entitlements.
5. Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies. To request a refund for an Apple In-App Purchase, use Apple’s report-a-problem or subscription support tools. We cannot process App Store refunds directly. Contact growmoredevs@gmail.com if you need help locating the right Apple flow.
6. License to the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Soundlu app on Apple devices you own or control, and to use the website, solely for personal (or, where your plan allows, commercial) use as described here. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service software, branding, models, pipelines, UI, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer (except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction), or create derivative works of the Service itself.
7. Your content and generated music
Your inputs. You retain rights in the prompts, lyrics ideas, and other content you submit (“User Content”), subject to the license below. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display User Content and generations as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including generating audio, storing your library, enabling sharing you choose, and product quality work).
Generated output. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use songs and related media Soundlu generates for you. Free-tier output is generally for personal listening and non-commercial sharing unless the app states otherwise. Pro (or an equivalent paid plan) includes commercial-use rights for songs you generate under that plan, as described in the app at the time of purchase. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or of the personal creative content you provide. AI output may be similar across users who use similar prompts; we do not guarantee uniqueness or registrability of any track.
You are responsible for how you use and distribute generated music, including clearing any third-party rights that may apply to names, trademarks, or other materials you include in prompts, and complying with platform rules when you publish elsewhere.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activity or to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or severe harm
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or use the Service to phishing or scam
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security controls; abuse APIs; or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law allows, or extract models/weights/data at scale
- Use automated scraping or bulk generation in a way that harms Service availability or violates these Terms
- Resell access to the Service itself without our written permission
We may remove content or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules are violated.
9. Intellectual property
Soundlu, the Soundlu orb and wordmark, and related branding are owned by GrowMore Devs or its licensors. Third-party marks (including Apple, App Store, and sign-in providers) belong to their owners. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service depends on Apple platforms and may use providers such as RevenueCat, hosting, analytics, and AI infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that generation will be uninterrupted, error-free, unique, commercially successful, or suitable for any particular use, or that AI output will meet your creative expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWMORE DEVS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Soundlu at any time and cancel subscriptions through Apple as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the license to use the app ends; sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive. Deletion of personal data is handled as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or on the website when practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or Service integrity, and except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you non-waivable rights to bring claims locally.
